Moru Patterned glass is a glass material with beautiful shape, which has the characteristics of light-transmitting opacity, high hardness and strength, and a wide range of uses. Moru glass can be used for partitions, cabinet doors, lamps and decorative glass products, and different application scenarios can reflect different beauty. So how is Moru glass made?

1. Cutting: The traditional cutting method is to use a steel ruler and a cutting knife for manual cutting. First mark the required size, and then cut the glass along the marked line. However, backward processing methods will inevitably be eliminated. Modern processing factories usually use CNC cutting machines to achieve accurate cutting. By pre-programming the required size, the cutting machine will automatically cut. The resulting size is accurate and the error rate is very low.

2. Edge grinding: The edge of the cut glass is relatively rough and needs to be edged to provide a smooth edge. Edge grinding is usually completed by an edge grinding machine. The edge of the glass is placed on the edge grinding machine and the edge is ground with a grinding disc to achieve a smooth and flat effect.

3. Heat to soften, roll into grains, and stress relief annealing. Heat the flat glass evenly to 700℃-800℃. The spacing of the pressing rollers is adjusted according to the thickness of the glass, and the heated flat glass is pressed using a pressing roller with a surface ripple of 0.2-0.5 mm. Subsequently, the pressed glass is slowly cooled down for 1-4 minutes, so that the temperature gradually drops to 520℃-480℃. Finally, the annealed glass is gradually cooled to room temperature.

4. Bending and hot bending: If you need to create bends or special shapes on Moru glass, you can use a bending furnace or hot bending equipment. These devices heat the glass at high temperatures to soften it, and then apply pressure or guidance under the mold to bend the glass into the desired shape. The bent glass will be cooled to maintain the desired shape.

5. Engraving and silk screen printing: Moru glass can also be processed by engraving and silk screen printing to achieve personalized design effects. Engraving usually uses methods such as chemical etching or laser engraving to engrave specific patterns or text on the glass surface. Silk screen printing refers to printing ink or ceramic ink on the glass through screen printing technology to form the desired pattern or text.

6. Merging and laminating: Moru glass can also be composited through processes such as merging and laminating. Merging refers to bonding two or more glass layers together with special adhesives to form a stronger composite glass. Laminating is to place a laminated film or laminated glass between two layers of glass and bond them together through high temperature and pressure to increase safety and explosion-proof performance.
